Treatments are generally fully clothed. It’s best to wear loose, comfortable clothing that you feel you can move in. Long, loose pants and a loose t-shirt or long sleeve; exercise or pajama-type clothes work great. It is a good idea to wear clothes that you don’t mind getting an oil/herb stain on.
